48th EANGTN Annual State Conference
The 48th Annual General Conference of the Enlisted Association of the National Guard of Tennessee will be held in Franklin, Tennessee, 17-19 April 2026. All activities of the Conference will be conducted at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center Cool Springs, 820 Crescent Centre Drive, Franklin, TN 37067. NOTE: There will be a $20 hospitality room fee this year. So, please make sure you register appropriately when selecting registration level, if you plan to attend the hospitality room.
Online Registration will end at close of business on 29 March 2026.
Registrations received after 29 March 2026 will be processed as onsite registration on Friday, 17 April 2026 at the conference hotel.
No refunds will be made after 29 March 2026, except in extreme cases.

HOTEL ROOM INFORMATION
The room rate for the Embassy Suites this year is $169.00, plus tax. The cut-off date for receiving the discounted rate is Tuesday, 24 March 2026. After this time, any rooms that have not been picked up will be dropped and our group rate will no longer be available. You may also call the hotel directly at 615-515-5151, just be sure to mention our group “Enlisted National Guard.”
FRIDAY NIGHT WELCOME RECEPTION
To kick off our weekend’s conference events, EANGTN will host a Welcome Reception Friday evening at the Embassy Suites Hotel. Heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served, along with cash bars.
FRIDAY NIGHT LIVE AUCTION
EANGTN will again host a Live Auction, Friday evening, during the Welcome Reception, 17 April 2026 at the Embassy Suites Hotel. All proceeds benefit EANGTN and donations are tax deductible.
